Download the Jumani Business App.
- Create an account with your email.
- Set up your business profile. Add your business details.
A Campaign is a time-based promotion you set up to reward your customers. Think of it as a “Winter Bonanza” or “Weekend Madness”.
Each campaign lets you:
- 📅 Set a start and end date
- 💰 Choose a point earning rate
- 🎁 Link a reward
📌 Important: You can only have one campaign running at a time.
This is how many points a customer earns based on how much they spend. You set this per campaign.
- 10% rate = 1 point for every R10 spent
- 20% rate = 2 points for every R10
Example:
- R50 spent on a 10% campaign = 5 points
- R80 spent on a 20% campaign = 16 points
💡 Higher % = faster rewards for your customers.
A Reward is what your customer earns with their points. You decide:
- What the reward is (e.g. Free kota, 10% off, free drink)
- How many points are needed to unlock it
Examples:
- 30 points = free kota
- 20 points = R10 off
- 50 points = free wash
Once you've created a campaign and a reward, you link them. That way, your customers know what they’ll get during your promo.
Example:
During “Winter Bonanza,” your reward might be:
“Collect 30 points, get a free kota.”
- Create a Campaign (Choose dates & set earning rate)
- Create a Reward (Define the prize & points needed)
- Link the Reward to the Campaign
- Start rewarding your customers!
